i expected a little more for $99 but i also think because we had a huge party(13), it was a little hard to enjoy the experience. i was mostly cooking for our table and i had a hard time going back and forth from the buffet area to get meat and then go back to the table. i think it'd be easier for the meat to just be served directly to our table like chubby cattle. i loved the food and the quality of the meats for sure. the flavors didn't miss. everything was nice and tender as they should be. our server was really attentive and all the other waiters went to us with just eye contact valet is $16.50 for 2 hrs with validation, street parking is almost not an option. i would definitely want to go back with less people or maybe just one other person next time.

Quality over quantity The server Emily was great make sure to make a reservation before arriving very sophisticated atmosphere

I heard great things about this place via social media, so I wanted to check it out. My friends and I didn't have reservation here but still were able to get accommodated, which was super nice of the host. The service was great and the food was amazing, considering this was an all you can eat concept place where the quality usually isn't as good. This restaurant is located in a hotel with validated parking, which is nice. Most of their items were delicious and I really liked how they had various different salts available on the table to go with your meats. Our server was really great and provided explanations of all our options on the menu and even helped curate which dishes he thought we'd enjoy. The restaurant was huge with ample indoor dining, but it was extremely busy throughout the night, so I highly recommend getting a reservation. Their interior was beautiful, dim and cozy, and they also had a beautiful wine room. I got their matcha colada and loved it! Not too strong in alcoholic taste but was so refreshing. This place is definitely pricey, but I do think it's worth the experience to try it out at least once.

+5/5 highly recommended. Reservatios required well in advance We went on a Wednesday night, opted for the $99 buffet option with cuts of wagyu, sashimi and fresh seafood. Try to get a table with a BBQ grill to grill yourself (harder reservation to get). The shrimp cocktail was some of the highest quality shrimp I've had outside of the Ritz Carlton, very nice. Cuts of sashimi were perfect - they had yellowtail, tuna and salmon. Crab legs and lobster tails (unlimited) were fresh and delicious. Also enjoyed their sea bass skewers which were delicious. Did not care for the a5 katsu sando chef prepared dish. Service was friendly and attentive. The buffet option did include one serving of a special wagyu cut prepared by your server. Ambiance is upscale and perfect for date night. Parking is valet at the Intercontinental $16.50 for 2.5 hours . We thoroughly enjoyed our feast here and the value was definitely there. pro tip: if you are unable to get a reservation here, consider Chubby Cow in Little Tokyo. Owned by the same parent company and similar cuts of wagyu. With sushi and drinks included.

If you love wagyu and have an appetite that could put a buffet to shame, Niku X is the place to be. The all-you-can-eat wagyu is dangerously good--each bite buttery, tender, and packed with flavor. You might think you'll pace yourself, but good luck with that. The service here is top-tier. The staff is friendly, quick, and knows their stuff when it comes to different cuts of meat. They'll even help you grill if you're too busy marveling at your plate. The only small gripe? It's a bit dark inside--great for a date, slightly tricky for appreciating your beautifully marbled wagyu. But honestly, once you start eating, you won't care.

We were greeted quickly by hostess. We were slightly early, so we waited in lounge/bar. Bartenders were very busy, so it took a few minutes to get drinks. Our table was ready, so drinks were brought there. Bartender did recommend an excellent Japanese whiskey for our Old-Fashioneds. Overall seating is interesting with lots of modular areas easily adapted for larger party sizes. It took a second to understand ordering process as I'd never been to a restaurant like this. Joe & Nicole were great servers - patiently explained and made recommendations. We opted for more expensive buffet with high quality meats. The various ribeyes & tenderloin were all delicious. Sometimes it was hard to get a good sear on meat as you cook at your table. I'm not a buffet fan, but the rest of my party said fish quality was good. Parking was easy. Valet was unavailable due to large event, but self-parking was easy and $16.50 with validation.

Love the ambiance of the place, food is delicious and service is great too. Our server Jerry has been fantastic.

Food was amazing! All the meat was high quality. Would recommend the tom yum (good kick and seafood flavor.) Our waiter Joe was amazing! Ask for the "joemakase" and he will take care of you ;)

Customer service is great! Our server Jerry was awesome and very informative of pairings and descriptions. Great experience. Crab legs lobster and steak... Yes! Modern industrial space with lots of space to be comfortable. Great music and clean restrooms.
